Community Charities Grants
Community charity remains one of the most important Masonic missions worldwide. Supporting worthy causes in local communities provides a visible role for Lodges, allowing non-Masonic neighbors the opportunity to better understand and respect the role of Masons.
The MMCF provides support to Masonic Lodges throughout Michigan by matching their community charity contributions, thereby doubling the impact on the chosen organization.
There are two objectives of the MMCF:
- To make the application by a Lodge easier so that more Lodges will participate.
- To provide the supporting documentation needed to protect the tax-exempt status of the foundation.
